At TinyTenu, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made clothing for your little ones. Since our items are specially handmade for each child, we have a clear policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made based on your specific measurements and design choices, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for a “change of mind.”
However, we will gladly offer a return or exchange if:

The item you received is defective or damaged.

The item sent to you is significantly different from the size/measurements you provided.

The wrong product was delivered.
2. Reporting an Issue
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within [48/72] hours of receiving the package.

Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the defect or the measurement discrepancy.
3. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank Transfer/Card) within 7-10 working days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
Since we start the cutting and sewing process soon after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot cancel the order as the fabric may have already been cut.
6. Important Note on Measurements
As these are handmade kids’ clothes, please allow a slight difference of 0.5 to 1 inch in measurements. We highly recommend following our Size Guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit for your child.
